REFUND POLICY
At Plaques Wall, we take pride in the quality of our metal posters. Each piece is meticulously crafted to meet our high standards, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@plaqueswall.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We require details (Photograph and real-time video) of the product and the defect specifications. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
To be eligible for a return:
- The poster must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective.
If you have received a defective product, please share images with us at support@plaqueswall.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges are only available for the same product. All returned items will undergo a quality check by our team before approval or rejection for exchange.
3. Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. Once your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
4. Shipping Damage
If your item was damaged during shipping, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a video of the packaging and product. We will assess the damage and guide you through the next steps.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Plaques Wall. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if your return is approved.
7. Taxes & Platform Fees
Taxes: All applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and local regulations. For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional duties, customs charges, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Platform Fees: When you are purchasing through a third-party platform (e.g., Etsy, Amazon, etc.), any platform-specific fees or surcharges will be governed by that platform's policies. Plaques Wall is not responsible for fees charged by external platforms.
